American Equity Exchange
Founded by Max Hansen in Dillon, Montana, American Equity Exchange managed thousands of successful exchanges from 1991 to 2018. Max Hansen, now executive vice president at Accruit, represented clients in real estate transactions, including 1031 exchanges, for 42 years. Hansen has actively practiced law since 1976, is a past president of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators and still serves on the FEA Board of Directors and the Government Affairs Committee.
Bankers Escrow
One of the largest full service escrow companies in Colorado, Bankers Escrow has facilitated tax and insurance reserves, installment land contract and wrap-around mortgage servicing, lease to purchase arrangements, software code escrows, and document and cash holding escrows since 1991.
North Star Deferred Exchange
North Star Deferred Exchange has provided Qualified Intermediary (QI) and Exchange Accommodation Titleholder (EAT) services for exchanges of real and personal property since 1991.
