The Federation of Exchange Accommodators has announced that Accruit Sales Manager Kim Bicket has earned its coveted Certified Exchange Specialist® designation.
Accruit CEO Brent Abrahm notes that the qualifying exam “is a strenuous mental task that tests applicant knowledge of all the nuances of the 1031 code.” In fact, individuals must have at least two years of experience in the industry before they’re even allowed to apply for the exam, making it one of the most rigorous professional certification processes in the country.
Congrats to Kim, who now becomes the company’s third CES®, joining In-house Counsel Ron Hodgeman and Client Service Manager Amber Morlan.
