Beau joined the Accruit team in November 2024 as an Exchange Officer. He comes with four years of 1031 Exchange knowledge focusing on traditional Forward Exchanges into Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs). With over 10 years of experience in customer service and a dedication to providing the highest level of support, Beau is a valued member of the Exchange Operations team.
Prior to joining Accruit, Beau worked in the financial services industry for five years before specializing in Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs). Beau strives to make each exchange as seamless as possible for his clients. He is looking to gain a Certified Exchange Specialist (CES®) designation in the very near future. Located in Denver, Beau is a Colorado native and graduated from the University of Colorado – Denver with a degree in Business Analytics.
