Senior Account Executive
As Senior Account Executive, Brad is focused on driving company growth by finding new customers that can benefit from Accruit's 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary service, in addition to the development of strategic referral partners. He is responsible for building new relationships by consultation with individual property owners, delivering educational presentations, and attending industry conferences and events. While Brad works with clients across the country, as a Miami, Florida resident he concentrates much of his efforts across Florida, Georgia, Texas, and other Southern states.
Brad joined the Accruit team in May 2022 as Senior Account Executive. Prior to Accruit, Brad spent over 15+ years in the Real Estate industry between production as a Realtor® and as an instructor. Most recently, Brad was the Lead National Real Estate Instructor at Anywhere Real Estate’s Anywhere Integrated Services Title division, where he developed and instructed industry leading Continuing Education (CE) courses to thousands of agents across the county, including topics such as 1031 Exchanges and Industry Ethics. Brad’s background in education coupled with a track record of success and sales expertise as a Realtor®, provides him a solid foundation in the 1031 Exchange industry.
