Dave Tornell Accruit Sales Account Executive

As the Business Development Director, Dave is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling Accruit's Managed Service and Exchange Manager Pro℠ software offerings. He plays a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively educating on how Accruit's service offerings can address those needs. Dave earned his Certified Exchange Specialist® designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators in 2005 and is a frequent lecturer on the topic.

Dave joined the Accruit team in February 2023 as Senior Account Executive, and was promoted to Business Development Director and Team Lead in September 2024. Prior to joining Accruit, Dave was the Commercial Sales Manager for two of the nation's largest Title Insurance companies. With 13 years of experience as a Vice President for a national Qualified Intermediary, Dave's extensive knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, development, title, and 1031 Exchanges bring invaluable insight into how Accruit's service offerings can grow to better benefit its current and future clients.

As the Business Development Director, Dave is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling Accruit's patented Exchange Manager Pro℠ software and Managed Service program. Dave plays a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Accruit's services can address those needs. Dave received a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University. He is an avid outdoorsman and resides in greater Phoenix, AZ area with his wife and two children.

Dave holds a Certified Exchange Specialist® designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators since 2005, he is a frequent lecturer on topics involving 1031 Exchanges. He is active in professional organizations such as NAIOP, CCIM, ACMLA and SIOR.
