Ellie is Team Lead, Senior Exchange Officer and a Certified Exchange Specialist®. With 15 years of experience in real estate and over 5 years specifically in 1031 exchanges, Ellie aims to provide exceptional client and transaction services while educating others on the many benefits of tax-deferred exchanges.
In 2023, Ellie joined Accruit as a Senior Exchange Officer. As a Certified Exchange Specialist® with 15 years of experience in real estate and over 5 years specifically in 1031 exchanges, Ellie has a wealth of knowledge on 1031 exchanges, as well as client, office, and real estate transaction management. She has facilitated hundreds of complex exchanges and enjoys presenting seminars on the benefits 1031 Exchange offer property owners.
Ellie graduated from Villanova University with a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication and is fluent in Italian. She is a cancer survivor and is based out of Pottstown, PA.
