Michele joined the Accruit team in 2018 with the acquisition of American Equity Exchange. As a Senior Exchange Officer and Certified Exchange Specialist®, Michele brings over 5 years of experience in the 1031 Exchange industry to the Operations Team.
Michele joined the Accruit team in 2018 after an 11 year position as a legal secretary assisting with real estate transactions. As a Senior Exchange Officer, Michele brings over 5 years of experience in the 1031 Exchange industry to the Operations Team.
Her main responsibilities include preparing transactional documents and maintaining client files in a timely fashion for both forward and parking exchanges. Michele holds the 1031 Exchange industry’s Certified Exchange Specialist (CES®) designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators.
